Averionyx Global provides post-production editing services exclusively. We do not produce, shoot, or distribute content.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide properly licensed media, clear instructions, and timely feedback to ensure project continuity.

File Delivery

Final files are delivered via secure cloud link. We are not responsible for files after successful delivery confirmation.

Revisions

Each plan includes a defined number of minor revisions. Major structural changes may require a new service agreement.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in USD. Payment is due before project initiation unless a formal contract states otherwise.

Timeline

Turnaround times begin after all assets and brief are received. Delays in client response extend the delivery date.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain full rights to source material. Averionyx retains no ownership of delivered final edits.

Confidentiality

All project materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared, published, or used in portfolios without consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
