Refund Policy Overview
Pre-Work Cancellation
Full refund available if project is canceled before any editing work has begun.
Post-Work Cancellation
No refunds are issued once editing has commenced, as labor and resources have been allocated.
Partial Delivery
If only a portion of deliverables is accepted, a partial refund is not offered—services are billed per completed project.
Technical Issues
Refunds are not provided for issues caused by client-side file corruption, incompatible formats, or unclear briefs.
Revisions vs Refund
Dissatisfaction with initial output is addressed through included revisions, not refunds.
Billing Errors
If you are charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days for a full correction and refund of overpayment.
Non-Refundable Fees
Expediting fees, custom asset creation, or third-party costs (e.g. stock footage) are non-refundable.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@averionyxglobal.com. Verbal requests are not valid.
